About Chris Guziak
Chris Guziak is a licensed realtor focusing on luxury properties in coastal Orange County, California, and the Principal of Orange Coast Properties, part of the Prudential California Realty network. Chris has over 21 years of sales, marketing and management experience. He is a resident of Laguna Beach and is a member of the Laguna Beach Board of Realtors. As a real estate investment advisor, Chris has assisted hundreds of clients in buying and selling real estate, and has averaged more than a dozen real estate transactions in any given calendar year.

Chris has been a multi-million dollar producer every year since he began selling real estate, and is the recipient of several awards from Prudential, including the prestigious Leading Edge award given to the top 12 revenue generators in Orange County.

Education
Chris has a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences degree from the University of Arizona, where he studied computer science and Russian, with a math/physics minor. While in college, Chris assisted in his family's real estate business. He also started a computer consulting business, and worked on an exclusive research project, analyzing Soviet and international computing technology for government intelligence agencies.
