Charlie Buckley, known as “Mr. Waterfront”, specializes in waterfront and water- oriented properties in Annapolis, Anne Arundel County, and across the Bay Bridge on Kent Island.

Charlie has been specializing in serving waterfront buyers and sellers full time since 1994. He has been the #1 volume real estate agent (out of all companies) in Annapolis, Maryland since 1995. In addition, he sells more waterfront homes than anyone in the State of Maryland.

Prior to real estate, Charlie was the National Sales Manager for a company selling computer systems to the Federal government. Charlie was one of the first agents in the nation to showcase multiple-listed properties on the internet for his buyers and sellers to use. This system is now used by millions of buyers and sellers nationwide in products like “realtor.com.”

Charlie earned a Masters Degree in Educational Psychology from the University of Delaware. He was awarded a Bachelors Degree in Science from St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, PA. Charlie was raised in Wilmington, Delaware, where he graduated from Salesianum High School.
