The Double M Ranch is a 247 acre working farm of certified organic land. Located in the heart of the Chama River Valley it runs along the Rio Chama with abundant water rights. There are 5 buildings on the property: the main house, the guest house, the art barn, the well house for the property, and the equipment barn and sheds as well as a large greenhouse. The main house was designed by Theodore Waddell and SMPC Architects from a traditional Argentinean Estancia design with the rooms surrounding a small interior courtyard.
